You can change your payment method anytime. Just follow these instructions.
Change Payment Method from PayPal to BDO Over-the-Counter (OTC)
- Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, with the message, "Please switch my payment method from PayPal to BDO Over-the-Counter (OTC).
- Click on the People icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
- On the left-hand side navigation, click on Billing under Organization Settings.
- Select the Invoices navigation tab and select the Pay Now button then following these instructions to complete the BDO OTC payment:
a. Find your nearest BDO Bank Branch
b. Deposit your payment to:
Company Name: Xtendly Philippines Inc.
Account Type: Savings Account
Account #: 007220073787
c. Upon deposit of your payment, you will receive a payment Reference Number (receipt) from BDO.
d. Log back into the Prosperna app and input and submit your payment Reference Number, which will automatically be sent to the Prosperna Accounting Team for verification.
e. Once your payment has been validated (within 24 hours), you will receive an email notification confirming that your payment has been received.
