This ongoing transaction you are pursuing with a qualified Lead in Prosperna is tracked and called an "Opportunity". 

Opportunity records are designed for managing your entire sales pipeline of all your qualified, potential deals.

All Opportunities are processed through the 8 sales stages of your pipeline until it is either WON or LOST.

The 8 SALES STAGES in Opportunities are: 
  1. Discovery
  2. Presentation
  3. Proposal
  4. Contract Sent
  5. Contract Pending
  6. Closed Won
  7. Closed Lost
  8. Disqualified

STEP 1: Click the "+" sign icon in the upper right hand corner of the app.
STEP 2: Select the "Add New Opportunity" link in the pick list.

STEP 3: Complete the fields in the "Add Opportunity" pop-up form and click the "ADD" button.
